Thank
you for your preference and interest in learning Yoga with us.
We offer Yoga classes in 5 different Styles of Yoga.
Yoga,
contains both, a Physical side and a Metaphysical side, it offers
a great workout for both the mind and the body, aligning them
with your own soul, your spirit, your innerself.
A
millenary science, Yoga allows man, whatever his starting level,
to slowly develop his highest potential, and for the most perseverant
or the most talented, to reach what certain call the Absolute,
which others call God. It means letting the limited “I”
merge into the great Universal Self, there where peace and unconditional
joy reign, hence the term Yoga means "Union", union
of the mind, the spirit and the body. This is the Trilogy of
Yoga, the most important Trilogy, The Known, The Knowledge and
The Knower, all happening at the same time.
Yoga
must by no means be assimilated to a religion, even if it can
encompass all of them, because it carries no “dogmas”
and there is no “church” called “yoga”.
In fact each seeker carves his own path, by drawing on the experiences
of those who
preceded him and who reached the summit. Some choose an abrupt
path, others a winding climb. Along the route, a few travel
companions, perhaps… But everyone is responsible for his
own progress.
Yoga
is not a competition. The idea is to take your body to its limit,
to that point were the comfort meets the challenge; that is
the reason why Yoga is for every body.

lightly before class
- Clean,
bare feet. Leave shoes outside the yoga room

off pagers, cell phones and watches

- For
home practice and hygiene purpose, it is recommended to
have your own yoga mat and bring it to class with you. If
you don't have a mat, a towel will accomplish the task.
